 What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Solution Transperience Network has a variety of products and each product may have a different cancellation/refund policy. Please open a support ticket or call customer support to find out the policy for your product.

If you have purchased a monthly membership program, such as the Ultimate Entrepreneur Mastermind, MLMFirst365, IMFirst365, the 2012 Archives, you may cancel your monthly/weekly payment at anytime simply by sending us an email or calling our customer support during normal business hours. Please make sure to reference your order number, received in your initial order confirmation, and the date you ordered. If we have not contacted you within 24 hours during normal business hours, please call or send in another ticket.

If you have purchased one of our products such as the Accelerated Law of Attraction Mastery Program, Teachers of the Secret, or Science of Creating Your Dreams, please contact us for our return address. We cannot provide a refund on your order unless the entire product has been returned to our fulfillment center. When sending in a return, please include your name and email address so we can make sure your refund is processed quickly.
